Is It Tempting?

There are so many other things that are demanding your attention this Holiday season that your smile and the needs of your teeth may not make the list. However, here are 3 reasons why your smile should be your top priority.

  1. When you smile, it releases endorphins that improve your mood. With so much going on and the Holidays being routinely stressful anyway, this little smile can give you a burst of endorphins that can instantly put you in a good mood. If your smile is not as healthy as you would like it to be, you might try and deny smiling because you don't want to show off your teeth.
  2. A minor problem can turn into a larger dental problem. The only way that a cracked or broken tooth or tooth decay is going to be fixed is by visiting your cosmetic dentist. And while it may seem like a good idea to put this off until after the Holidays, what might be something minor could quickly turn into something that can cost you more.
  3. Your smile can last a lifetime. When you take care of your teeth, they will take care of you. When your teeth are healthy, and your gums are taken care of you can be sure that you will have a smile that lasts a lifetime.
