Are You Impacted By One Of These Dental Problems?

There are so many dental problems that might be causing you problems. Dr. Judy Strutz and her team want to ensure that they provide support to all of their patients. Here is a list of some of the most common dental problems that you might schedule a dental visit for:

Bad Breath. This is called halitosis and goes beyond eating food that has intense flavors. Halitosis can cause problems for your self-esteem, which impacts you in other ways. When you visit the dentist, the goal is to find out the underlined problem leading to bad breath.

Periodontal disease. An infection causes this in your gums. It is typically caused by problems with your brushing and flossing routine. But a visit to the dentist can help to identify the problem and help create a dental plan.

A cracked or broken tooth. There are many causes for a cracked or broken tooth; however, visiting with the dentist can help to develop a plan that will fit your needs.

Dental problems should not be left as dental intervention is necessary to fix the problem. For more information or to schedule a consultation, contact Dr. Judy Strutz and her team.

Don’t Keep Quiet!

There are times when sharing your deepest darkest secrets is not in your best interest. Sometimes you need to hide behind something and not share it with everyone. You cannot get help if you are not being honest with your dental team.

Sometimes we feel shame about the decisions we have made. You might even guilty we don’t floss or brush enough. Maybe, you didn’t take care of your smile and that is why you are feeling like there is a problem. Nothing can be done if you don’t give yourself an honest chance to succeed. You run the risk of causing a larger problem to your smile. Sometimes the decisions that can be made to change or fix your smile is done sooner rather than later. My Dentures Are Fine.

Why Do I Need an All-On-4 Type of Denture?

You may have heard conversations or seen information on All-on-4 dentures. You may have even thought, dentures in a day that is not possible. But it is possible to have a permanent denture that is placed which helps you get your smile back on track. All-on-4 types of dentures can replace a denture that is removable and help you achieve the smile you have always wanted.

Traditional dentures are removable, and that means they can move around in your mouth, cause problems with eating, and sometimes fall out. All of these problems are eliminated when you chose to have an All-on-4 denture. An All-on-4 type of denture allows you to eat the foods you love, brush like you did with your natural teeth, and smile with confidence.

Patients also tell Dr. Judy Strutz and her team that they are more comfortable than traditional dentures. Denture wearers sometimes must use a sticky glue to bond their prosthesis to the gums. Often too, traditional dentures may push down on the sensitive tissue and cause pain. Pain can create a situation where you feel less like being around other people, uncomfortable, or leave you without teeth altogether because you do not want to wear the denture. All-on-4 types of prosthesis do not have this problem because they are placed on implants.

For more information on All-on-4 types of dentures, contact Dr. Judy Strutz and her team.

You have options and your cosmetic prosthodontist, Dr. Judith Strutz, will help you determine which ones are right for you.
Starting with an extensive and comprehensive exam will allow Dr. Judith Strutz to evaluate any problems you have. You may have cracked or broken, stained or missing teeth. Depending on the severity and the problem, she may recommend implants, veneers or crowns. A comprehensive exam is the first key to getting your smile back on track.

Their self-confidence has suffered,” says Dr.Strutz. With today’s awesome advances in dental technology, there is no longer a reason to hide behind a smile you don’t love.

A smile can become an asset or a liability. In seven seconds, a first impression is made, and this may stop a person from considering someone when interviewing for the new job or promotion.
